“Told Paula today that I was down 18 pounds as of today. She wanted me to write a review and tell you about my experiences. First and foremost, I love being able to come in and work out whenever I please. That’s a huge bonus for me with my crazy schedule. Second, I love the fact that they have a sauna.
Only bad part about that is having to wait for someone to let me in so I can use it. It’s quiet and I never worry about some random weirdo coming in while I’m working out. I tell anyone I can about CAPA.”

“Great atmosphere!! The pool setting was beautiful and the atrium dining hall was very nice. I got the hamburger which was very good. Others ordered salads. Overall, a great experience.”
“Nice place. Having Said that the pool is too cold forthose of us with arthritis. Today it was so cold I could feel the metal in my knee replacenent! Can it please be a bit warmer?”

“I go to the gym at Global and it’s friendly and usually busy but not to the point that your machines are taken up. My girl and I are in our 50’s and we are not going to go all out, but we go daily and enjoy our time there. I am actually in route atm…see you there.”
