“Nice place. Having Said that the pool is too cold forthose of us with arthritis. Today it was so cold I could feel the metal in my knee replacenent! Can it please be a bit warmer?”

“Global Fitness is a hidden gem. I visited there last week to do a review. I was surprised at the amount of equipment they had. 1 room was for machines the other room free weights and a lot of them.
Staff masseuse... trainers for power lifting and body building. Recently added new pieces. It was very clean as well. The only ding was a few machines had ripped pads. But overall I rated it an 8.75!
If your in the area it's a go to place to train!”
