I’m a licensed Stylist, who drove 30 minutes to this location, just to try something new, and as quick as they gained a New Customer, they LOST a New Customer. The First Lady I spoke with, was a sweetheart, and helped me find everything I needed. But things went bad once I went to the register, and the cashier (an older woman) had an attitude because I asked her could I put my Hair license number in the system for a discount because I would be frequenting this location. She replied with a nasty attitude telling me I would need my ID. I went outside to get that. Came back in, and someone who was behind me in line told her she could take me first. The lady with her nasty attitude said “she can wait, that will take too long, you come on” the customer insisted that she took me first, and she was very hesitant on ringing me out. So I asked her did she want me to really wait, and she replied with the most ignorant gestures, and faces imaginable and said “YES, you can wait”… I walked out without purchasing anything, and will not ever step foot back in there! Not sure if I was profiled because of my race, or because i was an out of towner , and she knew that. But I kept my same positive attitude , and pray that no other customers are treated like that in the future!

they accused me of stealing due to faulty door alarms. i proceeded to let them go through my personal purse and bag i received from the store after PURCHASING 2 products. nobody wants to steal from your cheap overstock hairstore. ? they let me go after about 10 minutes of making me go back and forth through the door alarms because i told them i was just going to refund my products due to this situation.

The expansive inventory is where you can file and most anything in wigs and hair weaves braids etc! Also urban clothing purses even shoes. All the fake bling you ever wanna see. Even so the particular product I was looking for was not there ?. They didn't have human hair crochet with the attached band. Prices were comparable. They WILL def do some upselling.
