Staff super helpful and friendly! Never had any issues when having questions or needing help! The guys help with loading anything large or heavy. Store is always clean and organized.

Wanted to shot out the store manager that assisted me today for doing such an amazing job; Klaudija (Sorry for incorrect spelling)
I purchased a restock/as is item today that was missing a few parts. After a phone call to the customer service number they informed me to go to my local store and they would assist me in getting the parts. The store manager and associate at the register were kind and friendly and very helpful. Thank you for your time and patience and helping me get the parts for the item I needed. I'm more than pleased with this store today and happily will be back again!

Very large Harbor Freight with wide clear isles.
Most employees were friendly but I don't think ANGELA the manager knows customers can tell when "managers" have a bug up their ass.
Hey, you had to be a cashier on Sat morning, put on a smile dont give me bad attitude! Maybe you can't find cashiers because of your need for a corporate attitude or career adjustment.
I brougt back a can of WD40 it had no little straw. The first cashier took it happily said get another. I shopped, first cashier left, Angela comes in. I pointed at the bad can and said that bad one was mine and she rang up the new one anyway. Im leaving and pointed it out....out comes tge WELL YOU DIDNT TELL ME THAT WAS AN EXCHANGE... oh Im sorry!
Maybe the first cashier shoukd have alerted you to an exchange in progress, or Angie, didnt you ask your cashier why that can was sitting there?

Depending on what you're looking to buy Harbor Freight is a good place to buy hand and power tools. They offer a nice selection on everything from woodworking to automotive.
