Waited over half an hour for someone to come help us with the saw. Multiple employees were notified that we needed help but no one could seem to get the person who was qualified to use the saw

I ordered an item online. USPS delivered to the store, but the address was hidden under the order details so I had to call in to see where I was even going to pick up my item. Then I called in again later to see what the timeline was for prepping the item for pickup since it had been received 8 hours ago. The person at the desk said they work overnight to prep orders. I then called again the next day to ask if the people who prep the orders even worked last night or the next day, and they don’t. So my item was received, the app still says it will be ready yesterday, but it won’t be for a few more days even though it is at the store. Would be one thing if they weren’t open, but the shareholders need a bigger yacht so heaven forbid they can afford to pay people to run the store. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Don't EVER buy anything that needs delivered from this store. Their drivers are complete idiots, I'm surprised they can tie their own shoes. Absolutely ridiculous, Home Depot would have a better chance hiring toddlers to deliver their items

Miserable experience trying to shop here. The associates are nowhere to be found and when you do find someone, they don't know anything. The associate from the blinds department literally walked away from helping us because he "had to take a phone call" instead. We're trying to buy something in bulk and spend a decent amount of money and nobody wants to help. I'll be going to Lowe's instead.

Bought a GE dishwasher on 6-6-22. It shit the bed yesterday, I have a 5yr extended warranty so I called them . They said they had no repairman to come out and sounded like it would cost more to fix than I paid for it😳🙄They offered me $150 less than I paid for it hmm. I e-mailed and text my original receipt with amount I paid They said their records showed a different amount ,I called the store this am and explained my situation to lady in appliances She said I can’t help you and said I have to hang up now and she did . Wow .what happened to this store . And why do appliances only last a couple years Guess I’m in for a fight to get HD to honor their extended warranty yeah for me Just what I want to do today

For context i'm a young female, every-time i come into this store i'm treated so poorly by every employee I ask for assistance from. I am a paying customer yet i'm treated as if im not meant to be there, if they take the time to help me at all. I've been flat out ignored on 2 separate occasions after asking a question. I'll never come back to this store again.

We order pallets of concrete every couple weeks for our company. I called 4 times yesterday (Tuesday) and three times today (Wednesday) and every time, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and never got to talk to someone to order our concrete. We’re running a business and that’s just unacceptable. We ended up going to Lowe’s for our concrete. Disappointing!

Waiting on one piece of plywood to get cut. It’s been more than 45 minutes. Had to call the store phone and have a manager send someone and still nothing !!! Wow. Worst customer service
