Waiting on one piece of plywood to get cut. It’s been more than 45 minutes. Had to call the store phone and have a manager send someone and still nothing !!! Wow. Worst customer service

I'm telling you guys if you need help no matter what you get I spent over 1000 on lumber and fenceing needed help loading my own truck all I got was attitude and anger. The cashier lady older blonde at lumber was horrendous all attitude laughed at me when I asked for help loading my truck wouldn't call anyone for about 20 mins it was a game long story short I returned my panels because there are garbage 1/4! Thick pickets and Lowe's has them cheaper and there 5/8 I measured myself both and the customer service there just is none honestly I would rather deal with the computer and that's a shame shame shame on home Depot and thay cashier you lost out on 800 and a vauled small business owner i refuse to shop there good luck

Trying to find staff to help you is impossible. Wandered around looking for anyone working and you would think the employees hid from customers.
We left empty handed.

Super disappointed asked a worker for help and they were going to call someone. Waited 15 min no one came. So I called the store while I was in the store and they said they would get someone to help us. Waited 15 more minutes. I swear all the worker hide when they see you. Well you loss we were going to spend several hundred for lighting in our new garage. But no one would help us. We are off to Menards where they help their customers. I would have left 0 stars if it would have let me.

April in the paint department helped me match a color that multiple people at different stores including this one failed to do. She knows how to use the machines in her department correctly and that saves your store thousands of dollars. She should get a raise ?

Checked in for a curbside pickup at 10:30am. At 10:45, I walked to customer service, and they told me I wasn't checked in, so they checked me in and printed a slip. Waited at my van until 11:15 (45 minutes after original check-in). Went back into the store and was told I was still 3rd in the queue behind others who had checked in at 9:30am. While walking around the front of the store, I saw at least 20 employees milling around doing not much at all. My advice is to never do curbside pickup since employees at Home Depot are not really interested in helping. Like their slogan says, "You can do it. We absolutely won't help."
