The gals at the Howland location are lovely. Very helpful and polite, they're always ready to serve you with a smile and a joke. I drive from Cortland because Niles and Cortland office workers are miserable to deal with and completely cranky. Thanks Howland!!

The staff at this location are very professional and the nicest post office workers I have ever dealt with. I will always go to the Howland Post Office whenever I need to buy stamps or mail a special letter/package! Love these ladies!
