I will never get my taxes done here again. 439.00 for the fee for them to do my taxes. That is just insane to me. That much money and I was only there for maybe 20 minutes. 10 minutes waiting and 10 minutes with the tax lady. That is a rip off. Never again. The lady didnt even ask me which plan I wanted or anything like that. I didnt even know there was different plans until just now. I depend on my refund every year to buy my kids clothes and early school clothes so I can get ahead some what but 439.00 out of my refund is absolutely over charge and ridiculous to me. I will be learning to do my own taxes for free. Thanks but no thanks and sorry but not sorry. Lost a customer. A few customers too. I know quit a few people that are saying the same thing

I have been using H&R Bl9ck for well over 10 years. 2024 tax preparation was by far the worst experience. The lady Sarah W. was not very knowledgeable. And my refund was rejected on 2 separate occasions due to her incomplete entries. And False info that was provided to the IRS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GOING TO HER AGAIN. I PAID NEARLY $300 TO STILL NOT HAVE MY REFUND IN JUNE OF 2025! TWO THUMBS DOWN. VERY DISAPPOINTED
