Couldn’t be happier! I love this company so far! Very friendly, down to earth and accommodating. They treat you like family. Everyone from the owner, down to the dispatch and office staff have really made me feel like this is my home! I don’t intend on leasing on with any other carrier!

Best shop around. Period. Bar none. You never have to worry about major issues with your equipment. You take your truck in for one thing and while the tech is working on that you have one or two techs going over the rest of the truck and trailer. Even if you didn't catch something, if there is a hidden issue, chances are they catch it.

Very dangerous drivers with this company. The driver of this truck in particular did NOT slow down on ice packed roads. Add wind to the mix too, very dangerous conditions at excessive highway speeds. Had this truck Pass me on 481 northbound between Phoenix, NY and Fulton, NY going much faster than conditions allowed placing EVERYONE on that road in jeopardy.
I was able to catch up to the truck in Fulton because of stop lights to capture the attached photo's of the truck. This happened on January 2nd, 2025.
There is currently another tractor 3 hours later under the same conditions that was northbound on Route 481 jack knifed across both north bound and south bound traffic two miles from the area where the JARO truck passed me.
The driver of this truck should be pulled immediately, he does not care about the safety of others on the road which I know as a holder of a CDL myself is first and foremost. He is reckless with someone else's equipment.
This is to document the poor safety considerations of this company's driver.

Wanted to share my experience with this company. We booked a load with a weight of 22,000, but at the pick up we were told that the weight was 48,010. When we informed broker about load TONU , he promised to resolve the issue, but instead stopped responding to us. The driver uses his time and fuel, but THEY WON'T PAY TONU. This is unprofessional.

We hauled a load for Jaro we booked with Angelica Stiffy. I can say this was one of the best loads from start to finish we have ever hauled. Communication, shipper, receiver, everything was great. Truly a breath of fresh air with the current state of the trucking market. Thank you!!

Maybe hire better drivers , followed one of your drives on 4 ln highway. He/she insisted to ride the passing lane doing 60 and below in a 70 , holding traffic up and refused to get over .this behavior binds up our highway systems and causes safety concerns . If your hauling to much to get up to proper speeds then you shouldn’t be riding the passing lane let alone trying to pass . That’s whole different safety concern
