We hauled a load for Jaro we booked with Angelica Stiffy. I can say this was one of the best loads from start to finish we have ever hauled. Communication, shipper, receiver, everything was great. Truly a breath of fresh air with the current state of the trucking market. Thank you!!

Maybe hire better drivers , followed one of your drives on 4 ln highway. He/she insisted to ride the passing lane doing 60 and below in a 70 , holding traffic up and refused to get over .this behavior binds up our highway systems and causes safety concerns . If your hauling to much to get up to proper speeds then you shouldn’t be riding the passing lane let alone trying to pass . That’s whole different safety concern

THEY HAVE LITERALLY STOLEN MY CAR!!!!!! They were supposed to tow it to an auto shop because I got into a small wreck and did not. They will not tell the tow truck company to take it to the auto shop for repairs!! Hours and hours of phone calls, transferring me to people that are not managers when asked every single time… Over 50 people I have talked to and State Farm and Jaro keep pointing fingers at each other. This is money coming out of my pocket for a rental car and who knows where my car is!! This is the second time this has happened with Jaro and State Farm in the last 6 months but they were able to resolve it a lot quicker last time. THAT IS HOW I KNOW IT IS POSSIBLE!!! I’m about to file a police report, file a complaint with the local consumer protection office, file a report with the state agency that regulates Jaro’s company, and file a company with the BBB. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice facility. Allowed me to park over night for delivery the next morning. Warehouse opens at 5am and I was in and out quick.

THEY DO ALLOW OVERNIGHT PARKING IF YOU ARE DELIVERING IN THE MORNING I WAS UNLOADED VERY FAST WHEN YOU COME DOWN THE STREET MAKE THE FIRST RIGHT BY THE MAINTENANCE GARAGE GO TO THE BACK OF THE PARKING LOT THERE ARE TWO BAY DOORS GO INSIDE GIVE THEM YOUR PAPERWORK
