Beyond grateful to have found this shop. Second time I was in, was having some break issues. And it was kind of a mystery what exactly was going on.
Though they were swamped with other cars, Jeff and Brandon made time to play detective to figure out the issue. They did and had my car back on the road ASAP.
Plus, the cost is beyond fair.
Just an all around great group of people and I will recommend to everyone.

Five stars for their work and knowledge.
Zero stars for that credit card machine that makes you pay a fee!
Jeff is the owner/bossy lol. But his son is there and he is getting better than Jeff! Bahaha.
It's a good atmosphere because they have a good sense of humor.
But if your car is making a weird noise and other mechanics can't figure it out, they can.
They do have cash apps since their credit card machine is evil.
But they are good people and honest too. Honestly is always the best policy!

Being new to the town, I was hesitant on bringing my car to a local shop. Every mechanic I have reached out to within a 20 mile radius of Warren rejected to service my ‘95 Japanese coupe except Jeff. He will go out of his way in order to fulfill his work to the customer. Out of all the private mechanics, dealers I have been to both in Florida and Ohio, I haven’t met hardworking people with this extent of diligence, responsibility, and care. Most mechanics will move on to the next customer without any thought, but this shop is truly different. My SC400 is running better than ever now, and definitely do not plan on taking my vehicle anywhere else again. Thanks again Jeff and the team for being flexible with my scheduling, 1000% recommend this place for your auto needs.

My experience at Jeff Byard's Auto Service, was Awesome. That was my first time doing business with him. He came highly recommended, from more than one person. His service was exceptional. HIs turnaround time to complete my vehicle was less than 48 hours and it was a very time-consuming job. Last but not least his price was Great, saving me over a thousand dollars, compared to a dealership. I definitely recommend anyone to go see him, for there auto mechanical needs. 5 Stars, all the way!!!

Amazing work, called around only to be told most other places don’t do clutch work anymore. But they do! I was expecting to be without a car for a week or so but was able to get it after just a few days.Amazingly quick work and my car feels great after their help.
