was out in my Buick by the lake late night, don't know what the hell I hit but it left a massive crater on my windshield. it was like a bug or something HUGE, I'm talking 3 feet , cleaned up the legs and wings and brought it over - fast service, good price, zero questions asked.

It’s sad that I have to go up and inspect my mothers car that you have had for months. To only see alignment, fitment issues and filth. What a horrible experience, the quality of work shown from this company is well below sub par. Anyone looking for reliable business this is not the place.

I took my truck hear to get bumper replaced did take long but bumper is not even lined up properly I would take it back but just to much of a hassle they don’t take any pride in there work I would not recommend them for any repairs if you are smart stay far away…!!!!

Larry gave me a really thorough estimate! Called to make the appointment to have the work done, secretary woman who answered the phone was so rude; couldn’t find my information; implied that I was calling the wrong place LOL so she ruined it for me. Going to Superior Auto Body instead. Your secretary staff can make or break you! Work on those people skills.

My car was involved in an accident and was totaled. From family doing business with Kings this who I decided to do business with. I was not driving car so I didn't see it. Was informed from Kings I could see car after work next day. They said it wasn't there, waited all weekend called back Monday morning was told insurance company just took it an hour earlier. Found out insurance company never got it till 5 days later. So whose responsible for my belongings? Where are my belongings? Whose paying the storage fee? This was so unprofessional.

Gene, Larry, office ladies are awesome! Had a deer hit my car and Gene helped me get the claim going through my insurance. Honest person. They help me with every step of the way through this process. I will come back again for more future repairs.

I had high expectations for this establishment, but the communication and lack of concern for their customer is sub par. I had to call and check on the repair status of my vehicle multiple times, as I received zero calls from them. The front desk never had any answers for me and I constantly had to be transferred to “Gene”. Despite being friendly, Gene was supposed to “get back to me” on numerous occasions and it never happened. Also, I feel it is completely unacceptable for my car to sit in your lot for a week to repair a tiny chip in my windshield when the insurance approved the repair on Monday. And they had to call in a glass guy on top of that. I would never have thought that a collision repair shop wouldn’t have an in house glass tech. The golf ball size dent that was repaired also took a week to fix, but I will give credit to them because they did do a great job on that. If you don’t mind waiting forever for small repairs and don’t expect updates about your vehicle, this might be the place for you.Services: Auto body & trim repair
