There was one problem with the order and Tim was quick to help correct it and we cannot say enough about how amazing the whole process was ( purchase and correction). “Only gave 4 stars because it is just mass chaos in the store, and their bathroom is HIDEOUS....like the worst smell and so disgustingly filthy. Typical Ollie's set up with TONS of bargains! Just overwhelming, there are piles and piles of stuff EVERYWHERE, so if this type of environment causes anxiety for you this type of store will absolutely trigger you. Good store though for what they offer! I always go in for something simple like laundry soap, as it's the cheapest there I've found, but I end up ALWAYS leaving with a book! Never fails that I'll leave with a book even if I end up buying nothing else!!”

“My bathroom complete remodel was finished earlier this year. I am just getting around to comment due to this nasty virus attacking a family member hospitalizing him for 52 days. He is on his way to recovery step by step. I am so thoroughly satisfied with the quality and workmanship that I received from the Zinz staff, workers and overall company. I was new to any kind of remodeling but was helped and reassured through the whole thing. I would not hesitate to recommend them for anything. It was finished timely, and as clean as it could be.
