They advertise 10 x 10 storage unit. I rented it to park my polaris rzr in. We haul the rzr on a 10 foot trailer but it won't fit in the unit. Measured the unit and it's only 9 foot to the door. Deceptive advertising. Refunded my money except for 29.00 administrative fee. Crooks.

I had a wonderful experience with Extra Space Storage in Warren, Ohio. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the entire process completely stress-free. Everything was clear and easy from start to finish, and I felt confident that my belongings were in good hands. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of storage and will definitely return if I need their services again.
