I hate to be the guy that leaves an unfavorable review but this place is super slow and very unorganized. The food i ordered was great and the order was correct but i ordered it online it was supposed to be ready at certain time. I drove there expecting it to be on the portal and waited 20 minutes before it was done!!

They hardly ever answer the phone, not everyone wants to order online. Went in to order food and the employees, who are mainly teens, had music blasting that you can hear outside. Went back to get order and pizza was burnt, also, ask for cheese pizza and was given an pepperoni pizza.

Don't go out or order out very much and for being my cheat day the food wasn't bad but the service could have been alot better. The building itself inside seemed very gloomy not entirely well lit. The manager and the crew members were the biggest problem. I had never used little ceasars online ordering so i didn't know what to do. Told the manager it was my first time and I had never used their machine before so instead of taking a step back and taking the time to explain it I got attitude for not knowing. I get it was a Saturday night but you work in customer service. There's no reason for attitude or lack of any kind of manners. Then looking it the back where the food was being made you could clearly see the kid was in seat clothes qith his pants sagging so bad you literally saw all of his shorts underneath. The other kid that was working tho seemed very polite and well mannered. Overall I will not be returning and taking my business else where

Negative 100 stars. Horrible, ruined place that used to be a good store in a neighborhood that is now going to shit. Employees are rude as hell and passive aggressive. I swear on my life after being treated like garbage nearly every time I'm there or ignored, I will absolutely never enter this store again. Go to the location on 422. Ten million times nicer.

Ordered online as requested by your employee. Order was paid for and time of expected done time was 6:43 - 6:48 pm. Yet when I asked about my order because it was not in kiosk. The Employee told me that it would be in there or it wasn’t ready. 30 minutes later I went back inside to ask about my order the employee walked away and did not come back for over 10 minutes. I went back to my car because my kids were waiting. Another 30 goes by and I go back in with my children and ask where my order is at because now I have waited over an hour. Different employee looks at me to inform me that my larger then kiosk order has been sitting in the back the whole time. It’s wonderful to eat cold pizza.

If I could give a negative for my review I would I walk in at 5:00 on a Sunday and get told hes not taking any walkin order he trying to get out this b**%€ on time tonight!!! Like wow horrible service attitude.

Of course little Ceasars isn't no fine dine. But on busy eveni g or lazy night. It is definitely a quick go to for pizza or bread that everyone likes. And I'd prefer little Ceasars over pizza hut and dominoes any day.
