“Had major issues with Lowe’s when we tried to order a fridge two weeks ago, and then the day of delivery it was marked on back order and they couldn’t give us a clear idea of when it might come in. Went to Home Depot, and Rich back in appliances was able to find the exact fridge we ordered and had plenty in stock. Was able to have it delivered any day we wanted, while Lowe’s originally told us they could only deliver on Tuesdays to our area. Rich was so helpful we decided to buy our oven from Home Depot as well. Was a great experience and very thankful for the last minute help. They’re even going to take the old appliances away for us”

“Had a serious problem with our Toshiba portable AC. The manufacturer was giving us inconsistent information about replacing it. Christopher went above and beyond to help us get it all sorted out and helped us pick out a new replacement. He even had to go get it himself off the top shelf.
In a world where good customer service seems to be disappearing this was a huge relief and a great experience for us. He even had a great attitude the whole time not the usual exasperated service you often get when you need help elsewhere.
