I've been sitting on this review for a while, hoping the manager or owner would respond to my multiple messages and calls and do the right thing BUT it's been two months (two years actually) and absolutely nothing from them, so here goes. In the Spring of 2020, I signed up my kids, ages 2 and 3, for water babies. It was supposed to be a 6-week class for $85 each, so $170 total one evening a week at 6:30. We'd done it twice before, and we all enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the pandemic hit. Understandably, the classes were canceled, then rescheduled and canceled again. I explained that the day didn't matter so much as the time, and we needed a late class because my husband and I both worked day turn and could not make an early class. They followed up with me once or twice after that, and I followed up with them as well, but they never again offered a 6:30 class. Finally, after two years of constantly checking for a late class, which again was never offered, I asked for a refund, which the manager refused. I called, but he never returned my call. I sent FB messages, but no one returned my messages. My husband called a few more times, but not a single message or phone call was returned. I hoped to work this out amicably, but I've since filed a dispute with my bank and Paypal. I've seen a lot of poor customer service and bad business practices since the pandemic hit, but this, by far, has to be the most unprofessional, incompetent, and shameful service to date.TLDR: I paid for classes which THEY canceled, now they are no longer offering those same classes, but also refuse to refund me or allow me to use that credit towards something else.UPDATE: After the recommendation from my credit card company, I reached out to the Atty General's office. The AG rep was able to actually get somewhere and someone from Reform replied with an unsigned email falsely accusing me of bullying and harassment. They've blatantly lied about speaking to me multiple times on the phone, but okay I'll take a gift certificates. But then after I accepted their offer, myself and the rep from the Atty General's office had to reach out an additional 3 times before someone replied again and said that they now would only offer me a gift certificate IF I removed my reviews. The mere fact that I had to go all the way to the Atty General's office to even get a response speaks volumes to their business practices. They have had my money for over two years now and have not once provided any type of service. At one point, I would've gladly used the credit towards private lessons but their lack of professionalism and frankly immoral business dealings makes me sick to my stomach.

Called and got our membership going again only to find out that you can’t take kids under 17 years of age. How do I know. Got the family in the car drove out to reform fitness only to be told no kids in the pool . CANCELED MEMBERSHIP WAY TO GO REFORM FITNESS. Maybe you should put it on your website that you have new policy’s

I love swimming there. The only problem is I can only take one child at a time with me.

I love to go to the pool after work and do my wellness routine that was made for me after rehab. It really makes a difference for me. I am so very grateful for this time. The pool is usually warm, and I enjoy sitting in the hot tub for a few minutes afterwards. Shaun the owner is friendly and the price is very reasonable. I see all different ages upstairs using the equipment. But the pool will always be my favorite.

Shawn has put his heart and soul into providing a safe, clean and well-equipped facility. The pool and hot tub provide a relaxing and reinvigorating atmosphere. The facility has great social distancing and yet has a friendly clientele. On top of everything else, it's affordable for families and individuals.
