What a wonderful group of people at Red's Auto Glass! I called the Howland office and she treated me like family. Her uncle was Red. They are so friendly. I called to get my windshield replaced. She checked a few different carriers to get me the best price. The next day they picked up my car and had it back to me a few hours later looking amazing. They actually put a new mirror on since mine had been glued on and no extra charge. We have used Red's before to repair screens and fix old windows. Always a great experience! Thank you Red's Auto Glass!

My windshield was in stock and I was able to have my cracked windshield replaced the next day. Price was less than I expected. Therefore I did not shop around. Promptness and price is a good combination.

The lady that answered the phone was more than rude, she was down right horrible. Definitely some profiling going on here. If you spend your money here your a fool. Seriously, pay more for better service..The has to stop...

Such friendly staff. I think I would've been done in under an hour if I hadn't talked with the worker so much - but she was so friendly and personable! It made the experience way better than just sitting and keeping to myself.

So, I would like to say that this narrative is a series of unfortunate events, on my way from Columbus to Warren, to see my family for the week, a rock flew off a semi and cracked my windshield. Whatever right? It happens, life goes on. Just go down to the old trusted Red's auto glass. Here is my first mistake, after the incident with the semi I immediately called them insuring that the parts would be there as well as an appointment time, a quote, and even down to the time this project would take (two hours) . Everything was all good and well I dropped my car off, the front end lady looked at me puzzled and said why are you here? I explained that I received this quote and I am here for my appointment. She informed me that she had never heard of me, my name was not in the system and there was no part for my car. To add more insult to this initial issue, SHE TAKES A PERSONAL PHONE CALL TO GAB WITH HER FRIEND. I was okay (well sort of) with this mishap, I had a few more days in town. I set up my appointment for the next day, I dropped off my car at 10 am then, planned on waiting on it in their intensely lack luster waiting area. She then informed me that the part was not there, it would be in later, the project itself would take five hours for the adhesives to cure, and there's and hour in the middle of the day where everyone takes lunch so I had to find myself disappeared. So, whatever I called a friend we had a day together everything was great, it is now 1:30 when Red's Auto Glass called me for a second time to now Inform me that they were just now getting to my car and the windshield they ordered was 'defective'. I'm sorry but I cannot be bothered by their inert lack of unprofessionalism. I now have to drive my unsafe, not up to state highway standards with the potential to get a ticket back to Columbus, to then, get it fixed correctly. Under any circumstances I would not recommend them to anyone. I do understand that they are an affordable way to fix glassware on your car. Understand what you pay for.

3 weeks later and I still have no glass for my mother in law's curio cabinet. So much for her Easter gift. Wondering if it will be done by mother's day now...
