Getting charged three times what I should when asked to switch my payment back to biweekly, when everytime I’ve needed help it wasn’t an issue and had a double payment now it’s three times if I ask to switch it. “New policy” that happened within a week doesn’t make sense. Won’t return back here after my system is paid off. Even called yesterday guy said he could help and now they can’t. Better communication and better people not sure how the went that way in a week

I have been a customer of your company for over 20 years. Today I had an incounter with one of the rudest employees I ever have. I called to voice that I would return the computer that I just got a about a month ago because I couldn’t pay for it but that I could pay the payment that I was behind on my furniture that I only owe 4 payments left on and he told me there was nothing he could do for me and that he would be there to pick up all merchandise. Being a customer for 20+ years I would think there would be some consideration when a customer is having a small problem especially when the product they have is almost paid off! If that is not the case then when I figure out how to pay off the furniture I will no longer be doing business with your company. And I will be sure to spread the word about the customer service also!

If there was a zero ..I'd give a zero. Wat happened to the good delivery person's ?? We had a delivery guy who was arrogant and left our door opened and our cats almost got out.. then he did it AGAIN!!! While we were on hands and knees searching . Then of course my ex husband took the blame for the delivery person..This delivery person not only once but twice and with a smile on his face purposely left our door open . I make sure to read everything now rather than just browse. I wanted a very basic washer for my single son and I ended up paying more than I want to and it's not even new. I like my store and the staff but you can't just trust that they're giving you the best deal. The only reason I'm still going to RAC is because for the most part they're good guys where I rent and we have history.

We rented with RAC for 10 years and never had any problems, and they were always so kind, especially the two michaels lol. (Thank you Mike!) We were referred to Eagle rental and had a terrible experience with customer service. Eagle is very rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and disrespectful to their clients. Rent a center in champion for life! Thank you to you all for great customer service, and fast delivery.
