Very rude person at the door, arguing with me saying that I've haven't been there in 3 years when I was there twice last year and that fire lane can be used as a emergency parking spot up to 5 minutes for disability people, very rude person

Reached out to this agency for assistance with a utility bill and was told they would not help me due to an issue that was caused on the utility companies side. Don't ask for help. They will fight you over it and then tell lies about information they're getting or have access too. I wouldn't rely on the SA EVER.
