Replaced all 4 tires on my daughter’s SUV. Had to take time and return to the shop, they installed one tire incorrectly, facing wrong direction. Fixed and highway test for safety. Be sure to come back and have them re-torque the lug nuts after 50 miles. Before they service, ensure your parking brakes are disengaged. They drove the vehicle with the parking brakes still engaged. Now, have to check for possible damages. They do a good job on tires, but human error always in play. So, take the steps to ask the right questions and perform post inspection. Leaders need to do quality checks, good for training personnel. Always room for improvements and prevent complacency.

Lots of corporate rules, so they’re very finicky about what they will or won’t sell or installed. Sometimes has decent prices. Every set of tires I’ve bought, I’ve had to go back to get re-balanced.

Half the employees just have a flat out poor attitude for no reason. 7/8 the customers are gargantuan lumbering slow people, gonna change to shopping at mijers when they open!

Angel at the Member Service desk is excellent! I went in yesterday with concerns that my husband and I were both paying for separate memberships (which is unnecessary since we can both be on the same one). Angel patiently looked up all the phone numbers associated with our accounts, made sure everything was in order, took a new picture of me, and gave me a new card. Good job, Angel! I was very impressed with her customer service skills!

Had a very positive shopping experience at the Sam's club in Warren Ohio today. all the staff I encountered were very helpful and courteous especially at the self check out. found some nice items and a few clothing items.

If i could I’d give 0 stars they did my tires over 3 months ago i went Home with a flat tire then they made me wait in line for 40 mins just to take my car again for 3 hours the same day and then they still didn’t fix the issue my tire light keeps coming on and my tire keeps going flat we argued with the manager when they tried to charge us for the repair thanks to you guys for doing a horrible job. Never come here again

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!!! As this is the SECOND time I found a maggot in food that I have bought there. I talked to the manager & their corporate office & both were of no help to me. The managers name was Alex! They said they can offer me my $12 back or a 6 month extension on my Sams Club card. I am DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!

Management very unprofessional and rude. Always out of stock on items and this location doesn't carry some items/sales of other locations when I asked about this I was met with an attitude. Specifically a chair that was priced $50 less at the other Sams Club in the area.

My husband and I have had a membership for two years and have mostly enjoyed its benefits. Ordered tires came in and they decided they couldnt put them on because speed rating was wrong. same tire that were on truck.if it aint in there book they dont no anything made enough to give up my plus membership

I purchased a battery on 2/28/2020 for my wife's Chrysler T&C. It is a Duracell 94R. On 12/3/2020 she went to use the van and it would not start. To be fair, the vehicle hadn't been driven for over a week, but is garaged. I called AAA to jump the battery and they said it tested bad so I took it to Sam's in Warren. They said it tested OK and would not do anything more. On 1/21/2021 the battery was again dead after sitting about a week. again AAA jumped the battery and again said the battery tested bad but if the vehicle is driven daily it would start. Today I went to start it after sitting only one day, and it barely started so again I took it to Sam's and they again said it tested OK and they suggested that I purchase a charger. I asked how often am I supposed to charge a "good" battery and they could not answer that one. Oh, and the alternator is working fine.
