Have had nothing but great experiences here.
Kirsten's customer support is especially amazing. Very kind and understanding of sensitive skincare needs such as acne. Really knows her stuff about what to recommend and is happy to give samples.
I will be coming back to buy whatever ends up working.
She recommended me the Estee Lauder foundation, it ended up a perfect fit for my skin. We came back and bought a full size and I intend to rebuy when I'm out of it. I would've walked past it if she had not recommended it. I was going to buy another brand that ended up not working and would not have gotten anything if not for her helping me find the right foundation.
Kirsten is very kind and sociable. Everyone seems lovely. Amazing customer service. Great atmosphere.
Some places can seem snobbish, but it is very welcoming here.

I went to Sephora yesterday. As soon as I got to the counter, the phone rings and was immediately answered. The clerk was looking for various items for the person on the phone and put 2 things on hold. After about 4 minutes or so, the clerk apologized. I placed my items on the counter and stated “I need an eyeliner.” Her response was, “I can show you where they are and you can pick one out.” By the way, it was just my sister and I in the store. I left the store with my makeup and concealer (over $90) never to return again.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this Sephora location! I needed all new makeup and skincare advice. I didn’t know where to start. The associates working there are trained professionals! They color matched me and helped me pick out all new make up and taught me how to apply it. They also helped me with all my skin care needs.I HIGHLY recommend- 5 STARS!!

I come to this Sephora as much as I can and I can tell you the workers are amazing always greeting me and helping me when I need it, there efficient and the prices are great. I especially enjoy Natalie she's helped me the most when I've visited.

I have visited this Sephora three times since they opened last year and I must say that the customer service is absolutely awful, each time I’ve been there no one has greeted me, in fact the first two times I went the associates were putting on makeup almost the entire time I was there, and when I went to check out they acted like I was a bother! My last visit yesterday was my final visit! I went with my daughter to shop for her birthday as she had gift cards for Sephora and the associate was down right rude! She completely ignored us, which is fine but when we checked out, the associate said “Give me your gift card,you can’t swipe it there” in a very rude tone! And then mentioned that they have only one Birthday gift in their store so “ take it or leave it”- my daughter didn’t even mention her birthday and I know she was able to see it with my daughters insider card, but to say something so rude?!I’m worried for this store’s survival, if this is how they treat their customers, it is not going to do well! Especially when the former location in Jcp was fantastic! The associates were wonderful, helpful, inviting!Looks like my shopping will continue to be online since our new location doesn’t want to be bothered!
