ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SHEETZ EXPERIENCE I CAN EVEN IMAGINE!!!! Not only were our orders INCOMPLETE AND INACCURATE, but the customer service behind the kitchen was complete disgraceful!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! FOOD SUCKED!!!!
She even slammed my bags of food on the counter and didn’t say two words but the order number (mind you it was my friend and I who had their screen filled with orders). (You would think for such a slower night you’d be pleased to serve me but noooo company’s rather pay quantity than QUALITY!!!————and have the orders incorrectly is a HUGE NO NO—— to corporate I go !!!!!!!!

Sheetz quality is in the dumpster. This kind of "deli meat" is a joke. This is the meat you get at the grocery store in the bargain lunch meats.
Remember this was over 11 dollars for a whole sub. Charged 1.39 for cheese to boot. Disgusting.
My husband and I have decided to never go back to Sheetz again. My brother is the same way.
Will give the employees credit, it was the neatest sandwich I've seen from a Sheetz in literally years.

I normally don't have a problem with this sheetz but this last visit changed that 🙁. We had ordered a bag of fries along with some other food. The guy who was putting our food bag together stood facing us with the food bag, empty fry bag and the fry scoop. He let the bag hang off the fry scoop and dropped it fries and all into the bigger bag. Later when I tried to carefully take the bag of fries out, there were two fries in the little bag and the rest of them in the bigger bag. If you get fries here, be careful. Dude was too lazy to put the fries in right 😑

Extremely poor customer service, expected to be paid twice for food even after it was proven that the food had been paid for. Cashier did nothing while this went on, the night crew at this location performs their jobs poorly at best. Personally I would give negative stars if possible.

Sheetz is always good. Clean restrooms, good selection of foods and snacks. Fast gas fill up no long lines. Employees always nice and helpful. Nice area to eat in. Free Air for tires.

Went to this sheets Friday October 13 the red head cashier on the farthest left cash register said she could not do 2 separate transactions for cigarette purchases. I do separate orders at every sheets in mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana county. She said some stores might not follow policy really smart tone. I'll tell you one things the other stores do, they i.d. me like she did not. But she could t do 2 transactions.Is it because it's extra work on her end? Just like checking my id would of been that I am sure is store policy bc it's state regulations. I feel this employee does not like her job, and chose to be rude. I was professional and told her only give me 4 packs instead of 8 since she would not do 2 transactions. Sorry I have 2 forms of payment I did not mean to inconvenience the employee at the store. Cigarettes are expensive. If I want to pay 40 cash and do a separate transaction for the other 40 I have never heard that is against policy ever. She was working today at 540pm maybe reminder her it is store policy to i.d. and refresh the policy into her brain since she obviously does not follow store policy.. if 2 transactions is a store policy that should be thought about if someone is of legal age and are obviously not buying for another. I was buying the same cigarettes on both transactions just had 2 forms of payment.

So I ordered a 6 inch turkey sub and did it on the app and was having car issues on my way to work so I was unable to pick up my sub on time. So a few hours later I called about my sub and they said they threw it away bc it’s been over 2 hours and I said can you remake it? They said ok. So then I told them my friend is picking it up and the woman on the phone hung up on me. So then my friend waited for the sub and checked the status of it and it was nowhere to be found. I called back and they never answered the phone! So by this time I’m so hangry and have my friend pick me from work for my 30 minute lunch and headed to sheets and when I got there I said nicely “where is my turkey sub for Michelle”? They said door dash must have took it!!! So then this female employee told me to call customer service and I said for what? Can’t you just remake it’s not my fault door dash jacked my sub. So then she made me reorder my sub on kiosk and I waited 15 minutes and when I left I opened up my sub and took my first bite and the bun was harder than a rock! I’m very upset with this situation and will probably never order food from this location!???
