if you lease a car from them, prepare to be called probably once a week. i have easily blocked 10 different numbers, yet they still keep calling. i’ve leased 3 vehicles and i’ve never been more excited for this particular lease to end so i don’t ever have to hear from these people again. and it’s not just one specific person, it’s MULTIPLE different salespeople calling. apparently cold calling your customers that you’ve had for almost 10 years is how this dealership operates. save yourself the headache.

Worst car dealership EVER. Service department and ALL.
I started off going to buy a truck from there, but they told me that they had to hold my purchase and my Cashiers Check ( official check) for 10 days. Never heard of such garbage. When I was asking the questions, I was met with attitude from no other than the Owner,Sims. IDK what rock he's under, but it's 2024 & I no when I'm dealing w/bias. so I purchased my truck from another company.
I went to them for service & not to be outdone by sales, the didn't disappoint. I was patronized by the mechanic, I'm assuming, however Megan, the service advisor , was instrumental in not holding up her end of the bargain by giving me an update after my vehicle had been sitting there from 8 am ( appointment time), till 1:30 pm. So I called got sent to voicemail. No reply so I called again @ 3:30. Voicemail once more so I told them to just leave the vehicle alone I'm coming to pick it up as is. Shortly after, Megan calls and said they are programming it & it would be ready. I picked it up the following day and the same issue happened again so I took pic of engine light, called and said I was on my way back in w/the truck.
Once there, Megan looked and said, " so it is on?" As if what...? I left it and picked up the next day to hear that, Oh, you can drive it. I can't. It jerks, bucks and burns through gas, because the transmission won't change gears, as I initially told them. Not only that. I was told that they had to order a "valve body" and they have no idea when it would get there. I googled the genuine GM part and I could have had it delivered in one (1) day. If this is professionalism, I'd rather deal w/a novice. If anyone of color has experienced similar or inadequate treatment by these people, please chime in.
May you GMC/BUICK NISSAN shopping lead you FAR AWAY from this plac. 2 thumbs down

Wonderful experience. Worked with Zachary M. Professional. Responsive. He even picked up his personal phone on his day off for me. Can’t say enough good things. Love my new truck and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Thank you for valet service. It made having the install of the trailer hitch very easy and convenient. Stephanie did a fantastic job! I will definitely use Sim’s Buick again in the future if I should have any service needs.

Not happy with the service department in regarding the paint protection coat and interior protection. Opened the hatch which still has light brown dirt on the bottom. Had Allen Crosby take it back to them. Return home took off Sim's plate and there was dirt behind it. Wasn't any paint protection! Now I have another appointment to go back again.
Also, looking for a better interest car loan.

If you're a woman, go see Dave Harries at Sims Buick GMC! He'll treat you with respect and look you in the eye. He actually got me more car for less money than the car I thought was in my budget. If you come back after the sale like I did with questions on how to work something on your car, he won't avoid you. He'll go over it with you again, and before you know it, you can do it yourself. Love my new Buick Envision.

You can buy or lease a Buick or GMC at many Dealerships. BUT I personally know after Twenty plus years of dealing at
SIMS Buick GMC Dealership in Warren, Ohio. YOU won't find a Dealership anywhere that will care for your vehicle any better than Sims does.
Everyone in The Service Department is Excellent.

Love Sims Buick GMC Nissan! Our salesman is Dave Harries and this is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from him. We will be back! The sales manager that assisted and checked on us, Ron Edwards, is great. And the finance person, Ron Bennett, was even better! He made the entire process very easy, seamless, and quick!
