Awful service 2 visits in a row. Two weeks ago was told they were too busy to serve us. Place our orders at the bar. Seconds later others next to us sat and were waited on.
This visit waited a half hour for waitress to show on floor as in not waiting on anyone, then took 20 minutes to bring the bill.

Kids had an awesome time, I spoken to an event there it was really really great. The service at timber Ridge was weird to say the least… We couldn’t get the room above 60° and the only way they could fix the problem was to unplug the air conditioner and turn it back on if you got hot or cold… Which we found very, very weird. Other than that, it was an amazing experience.

Excited for an overnight trip with my family. The hotel is very nice and clean. My kids got a kick out of the wrist band room keys they felt like celebrities. Our room was updated, clean and spacious, the fridge was oversized and for a family we could appreciate that. We spend most of the day in and out of the pools, staff was friendly and fresh clean towels provided throughout the day. The arcade was fun, free activities for families, although some of the games weren’t working properly it was still a lot of fun playing pool. The only two down sides were the vaping that was happening at the outdoor pool, I wish they wouldn’t allow that, space is very tight and it’s not a get up and move kind of space. We also had a horrible breakfast experience at the Atrium and I would suggest having a meal at the other restaurants on site.

I went in to get a hair cut and got the most professional, hair cut and shave, ever. Rodney didn't just cut my hair, he explained every step and took outstanding care of my look, every step of the way. He didn't skip a beat on the shave either.

Great getaway with amazing pools and service. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Not too crowded. Loved separate adult and kids pools. Plenty of amenities and activities to keep us busy!

The young adults that work at the Grand resort are excellent! I was very impressed with how helpful and polite they were. Our room was clean & the pool was so relaxing & beautiful. The bathroom shower curtain had a few mold spots on it that’s why I didn’t give 5 ⭐️ we really enjoyed dinner next door at the Chophouse! We played bocce and also enjoyed the live band at the pool on the 4th we want to go back again that’s how much we liked it. It was a Nice short roadtrip getaway to relax. Lots to do
