Always a great experience with Augie and Greg. They provide great customer service. Prices are very reasonable and they both do great work on bikes. They have worked on my gravel, road and cyclocross bikes along with all my wheelsets. Best bikeshop around!!

I happened to be driving by Thumm's while my wife and I are out here visiting family and had my full suspension MTB with me. I stopped in yesterday as I have always heard excellent things about the bike shop and the people. They have a very nice inventory on Trek bikes, but what I was amazed by were the people. I mentioned my rear wheel possibly needing to be trued and Augie had me bring it inside and had it true within a few minutes. He also checked my front wheel and the headset which was too tight and he adjusted that as well. Excellent customer service and a very pleasant experience overall. They also gave me a list of MTB trails locally to try out. I'll definitely bring my bike back to them! And if my wife wants to upgrade her bike, we'll be buying from Thumm's. Thanks again Augie and Greg!

Great shop with wonderful people. If you buy a bike or accessories from Thumm's you can know that it is quality. They are trustworthy and excellent with all mechanical work, never rip you off. I've gone in expecting serious repairs only to have them show me that I overestimated what needs done. It would have been easy for them to just do what I thought and take my money. They are genuine, honest people and there's nowhere else I'd buy a bike!

So my wife and I picked up our bikes from getting our annual tune up. Today we went 24 miles in Ohio. They are like brand new again. so nice to have a company care so much about what they do.. GREAT people. Thank You....

Incredibly lucky to have a bike shop like this in town. My boyfriend and I came in and were immediately greeted with great service. I got new tires and tubes for a great price. My boyfriend bought a part for his bike, without a service fee, and they were still kind enough to let him use the tool to put it on. I couldn't have asked for more and will definitely keep going to Thumms for any bike needs!

Very disappointed with our interactions with Thumm's Bike Shop. We own a couple of decent box store Schwinn Cruisers. They've been perfect for our needs this past year since we have been just casual riders and travel alot via camper, bikes risk theft, etc. We were having problems adjusting the brakes on the one bike and stopped in the shop. First issue- The man who serviced us was downright rude, telling us this is what we get for buying box store bikes. He refused to service the bike, saying that the frame was bent and if he took it in his shop he wouldn’t be able to let it go without doing hundreds of dollars in repairs. He sold us a brake cable and told us to go home and watch youtube. Second issue/ the cable he sold us didn't even fit the bike. He sold us the wrong cable! Third issue- We finally decided to take the bike to a competing bike shop. They looked at the bike. There was no bent frame and no other major issues! They did a fifteen minute brake adjustment and $20 later, we were back on the road as good as new! We like to support small businesses and really wanted to like Thumm’s based on the reviews but in our opinion, the guy was rude and tried to take advantage of us. Perhaps he’s better with his clock repair side of the business? Either way, We will be looking at eBikes in the near future but we won't be shopping at Thumms!
