Gave us the worst truck. Had so so much damage. Engine light was on the whole time. Was hard to drive because the alignment was off. Sounded like the dang thing was going to break down any second and reaked of cigarette smoke. And still cost us $150. No discount or anything. Customer service sucked

We were greeted to get our rental truck pleasant enough but that's where any positive experience ended. A truck is a truck so the appearance wasn't that big of a deal. But there was half eaten food still on the dash. And despite us giving knowledge that we were transporting large appliances (we asked about a dolly for them, so it was known what we were hauling) we were not made aware of the smaller trucks being unequipped for such a haul i.e. not having a ramp. My girl paid for said dolly and was told that it would be brought out.
We were civil, mistakes happen, we get it. So she called customer service to explain the issues and to let them know we would come back for the dolly, it was just extra miles we weren't prepared for. After being transferred a number of times, and hung up on by who we assume to be the man running the store we got the truck from, she got ahold of a woman who offered to help us out. They let her know that we could come back and we would be given a larger truck to swap out.
When we returned we were ignored, met with attitude, and told that no such message was received. It was a really bad experience for us and left a sour taste in my mouth for the way my friend was treated.

We had a great rental experience. We rented two 26 ft trucks, one on a Tuesday, again on Saturday for a one way move. The staff was excellent, the hours were great and the location was about 10 minutes from a CAT scale which we needed to utilize. We were offered to move our drop location to a place 45 min away instead of 20 min away in order to save $350- yes please. The second truck was not swept out, which became a mess when our Lego bin fell and went everywhere, but not the end of the world. The first truck has 66k miles on it and was a more comfortable ride for 450 miles than the one that only had 3000 miles on it for our second trip.

This location always has a good selection of trailers available. The staff is knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. They work through the line of customers with thorough information and a can-do attitude that is very refreshing. Pick up, trailer hook up, and drop off have always been an organized and straightforward process. I’ve been here a few times and every step of working with this location has been a positive experience.

Charged me for more miles than what we went and then became hostile when we mentioned it. Started threatening and using vulgar language. The employees were extremely unprofessional. I will never go there again.

Yeah this location did it for me. I will NEVER be using uhaul again after my current situation. I called in at 3pm reporting a problem with the truck at the gas station. Here I am, 5 HOURS LATER AND STILL NO ONE TO TOW THE TRUCK AWAY!!!!! I can’t even leave and just let the truck be towed away because it’s parked at a gas pump and the gas station told me if I leave that they’ll call the police and get it towed and impounded.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This will be my first and last experience renting a U-Haul for an out-of-state move, and especially from this location. It was a nightmare from beginning. One person working (Maverick) turned out to be inexperienced, incompetent and even seemed high, and upon check-in could not locate the keys for my rental truck. We were left waiting for an hour+, and my partner was even one to find keys behind desk because we kept searching (including outside in every truck) while worker was distracted by flood of customers after me. Put my move off like 2+ hours. He should not be unsupervised and manning desk alone. Also, because my move turned out to be complicated, had to return here to pick up an Auto Transport and process a refund for having to re-order a bigger truck (same day from Akron because Warren did not have). At point of transaction, I waited another 2 hrs to get refund of which it wasn't even resolved, and again put move behind. However, another worker (I believe his name is 'Z') was very competent/ helpful and there to take over incompetence of guess who...Maverick who was there again manning desk initially by himself. I was even told he's incompetent but yet they still have him at desk alone . Highly disappointed and will never do business with this U-Haul location (or any U-Haul for an out-of-state move).

Always the slowest service ive honestly ever had at a uhaul. Only ever one person working during their busiest times. Been here multiple times and its always the same everytime

Best uhaul ever!!! The lady who helped us (I can’t remember her name but it was her birthday yesterday!) she was so sweet and super helpful. She helped jack up the trailer so it would go on the hitch easily and helped us get an adapter for the plug for the lights. She was just super kind and made it such an easy experience. This location is fantastic!!
