What happens when you get a notification that your package has been delivered and it’s not there, you ask the driver who is across the street and he tells you that it was delivered by your back door and shows you a place that isn’t yours, we’ve had many issues with our packages being lost but we are in the wrong because he delivered them just not to the right address. And we’re supposed to retrieve them ourselves from an address that isn’t ours and guess which address they are at.

So, recently moved to lordstown ohio. This has got to be the WORST carrier i have ever seen. Lost a thousand dollar check and still never know if we will get our mail. Had a letter in mailbox for 2 days now and still no pick up.....if i could, i would sue these people. What a joke!!!

The office is only open for passport appointments weekdays from 9-4. My first passport experience 5 years ago was super easy and painless. I just need to change the name on mine now because i am married and need my name changed. This time I made an appointment for 9. I got there and there's no office for passports anymore --as far as I could tell anyways. Everyone is just standing in a line. So I have to get in a line and wait- despite having an appointment. (Very hard for me to take time off of work because i am a nanny and if i am not at work it means the parents arent at work. I got time off in the morning to do this so I expected to be able to start my appointment at the appointment time. I get paid hourly so i also lost money on this) I stand in the line for 5 min and then the person - only person working in 1 window- puts up a sign indicating that the window is closed for now. I wait 20 min for someone to show up at the window. Then I leave. Gotta go to work- i expected the whole thing to take 40 min or so. Not all of us can just stand around with no info or help or anything. That's why ya make appointments. I'm super annoyed. It's going to be hard to find another day where I can just take time off of work. Maybe I'll try a different post office this time. Don't go here unless you want to waste your time.

Brad was wonderful through our whole passport appointment. He was extremely kind to our 2 small children while he was taking their photos. Quick and efficient. The post office itself is like stepping back in time, it is a work of art and absolutely beautiful.

Wow! Not only was the lady at the front rude she was mean to the supervisor. Honestly I’m not surprised that people don’t want to use USPS anymore. Honestly a waste of time! They took 45 mins to find my package that the paper said was held here.. how unorganized.

I'm not sure how everyone in this office is a supervisor (x2) or a post master, but it does make sense that there are no carriers. My office had outgoing mail sitting from 2/12/21-2/26/21. 1st phone call I was assured someone would pick up; that never happened. 2nd phone call I was advised someone would be out today. Essentially it was all swept under the rug and no one in this office takes the Post Office Mission Statement very seriously: The Postal Service's mission is to provide the nation with reliable, affordable, universal mail service. Neither our office nor our patients were provided this benefit and the people in this office should not be allowed to handle things this way.

They consistently have 1 person working and the line is out of the door, Simple Solution,Hire more staff. The staff is friendly but why would you ever keep 1 employee working alone?

You don’t get too many grand and old post office buildings like this one. They have murals on the inside of the steel industry. Also they have granite floors as well. They have parking in the street outside. They had two clerks on duty at the time.
