Took my son’s truck to the Elm Road service center. We gave them a quart of Lucas oil to put in with the oil. The engine only holds 6quarts of oil and they charged us for 6 quarts of synthetic oil plus an additional $10.99 to put the Lucas oil in. I don’t think the engine would hold 7 quarts of oil!!! I won’t be going back there again!!

Got there at 6:30 ish and they were cleaning up but I still got my oil changed as they are open until 7pm. Friendly staff. No problems, would go again

Had them change my transmission oil, A few days later I ended up at the Garage because the transmission was low three quarts of oil .

I’ve been a regular customer since 2008 and typically do not have issues, but the incident today is forcing me to reconsider ever coming back.This morning before driving to the local Valvoline in Warren OH, I called their giving number on Google and spoke with a representative who confirmed that they would top off my transmission fluids at no charge.I drove down to the location and parked in line. An employee with the name tag “King” came up to my car to ask the reason for my visit, to which I explained the transmission fluid issue and requested top off. He’d asked if I have ever gotten it done there and I said no. He said that was fine, they would have me pull up and do it right outside as I didn’t need to have it done in the inside bay 1. There was one car ahead of me in my line and one being worked on. About 15 minutes later he came back to tell me that they were having technical issues in bay 1, and that both myself and the car ahead of me needed to back up and get into the other line.With this being said, I was now waiting for 4 cars to be serviced instead of one. Almost 30 minutes later, it was my turn to drive into the bay despite being told it would be done outside. I again explained my issue to the employee the computer. Without touching the car, he said that if I have not gotten my transmission flushed by them, they would not be able to top my fluid off due to some liability excuse because of a bolt in the car? This is a pre-owned car, which I am sure has had a flush before. He didn’t bother to check the area. He pushed the transmission flush which was going to be close to $200.Even with seeing how upset I was and explaining his fellow employee basically provided false information, wasting both my time and gas, he seemed completely unbothered and said “we’ll have we done your tires and windshield wiper fluid yet?” At this point I was absolutely livid and refused any further assistance from these cons.I would not recommend this location since it is painfully obvious there’s a communication disconnect, the company is allowing their employees to not only spread misinformation and lies to customers, but also allowing them to scam and swindle customers by doing this little dance.

Went in today for an oil change. A few people in front of me so I knew it would be a little wait. Was told 30 minutes. At the 52 minutes marker of still waiting.I was ask to switch lanes when I was next to go in. Me thinking ok maybe something wrong or the car infront of me or not done yet and needs a little longer. I'm next so switch me to the one that moving next. But nope had to sit and wait another 8 minutes while the car still in the bay was getting finished. The car that had not been there that long got right in and started getting their oil changed. They could not give me a reason for doing it! They thought it was funny I question it poor customer service.
