Must have a high turnover rate because you always see different employees to start out with. Don't go to this place for shipping if you have any questions that require much thought into them you will get 0 help, just like they are!

Half the time they aren't even here do to short staff. The other half of the time they text saying prescription is ready just for me to drive out there and them to ask me to come back later because it's not actually ready then I have to wait another hour in line during pick up.

My son psychic meds were never ordered!!! Then they never called me!!! I go to pick up my son meds and they aren’t there!!! And then they are like I’m sorry no your not or it would be done!!! And telling me because the med was e-prescribed that they can’t send it to another pharmacy even another Walgreens!!!! So now my son been out of meds for days because they couldn’t pick up a phone!!!!!!!!!! I will be removing all my scripts from them for my whole family!!!!

Was literally on hold for over an hour to verify a patient’s medications who was admitted to the hospital. Their automated service let me know how many people were ahead of me - 3 people for 5 minutes, 2 people for 5 minutes, then supposed only 1 person ahead of me for >50 minutes??? They just didn’t want to answer the f-ing phone! Had to hang up to make other calls & was back on hold for ANOTHER HOUR!!!! Lazy. Dangerous. Ended up calling a different Walgreens even though the patient goes to this one. Waited 4min total.
