The staff isn't very friendly, the prices are way to high on everything. The pharmacy is the best part, but they are usually very busy and can leave you waiting if you try coming at the wrong times. Altogether I'm not impressed.

If you don’t want Walgreens to screw you over more than they already have, don’t post a negative review because they will retaliate with your script(s). I have been waiting an entire week for an anti depressant & he said it’ll be ready later today, I asked for an estimated time, he then tells me AGAIN later today. Then he tells me “I think it’ll be best if you transfer your script over to a different pharmacy” lmao I had that plan from the get go, I just need my scripts that I’ve been waiting for & then I am 100000000% going to a different MUCH BETTER pharmacy
If I could rate this pharmacy NO STARS, I would. This is going to be a long review.
HANDS DOWN WORST PHARMACY WITHIN A 15 MILE RADIUS. Every single month it’s always something why I’m not able to get my script when they’re due. I just called to check on a script that I’ve been out of for 4 days & she claims that they keep ordering it, but it’s not coming. BS!!!! I was told by another employee there that when they order a script, if it’s on back order or something then the computer will tell them. The woman I spoke with is the most negative, ignorant, lazy employee they have. She literally didn’t even go look to see if they got it in like the other employees due when it’s been days since they’ve “ordered” it.
This pharmacy also stopped filling my scripts when they should be filled & now won’t fill them until the day AFTER I run out. I’m pretty sure it’s because I’m fed up with the BS & attitude from this pharmacy so I started getting an attitude back. That’s their way of getting back at me, I think, is to hold my medication from me until the last possible minute.
It took over 2 weeks for my son to get one of his scripts. TWO WEEKS!!!!! Every single time I called about it, I was given the same line of BS. I have never dealt with such an incompetent pharmacy in my entire life! As soon as I speak with my Dr again, I am having her send all of my scripts to a different pharmacy because I am so sick & tired of something happening literally every single month with 1 or more of my scripts. Not to mention they never have my scripts ready when they say they’ll be ready. When I question them about it every time it happens, their replies are ALWAYS the same “wE gOt BuSy” I really don’t buy that because I had one of my specific scripts sent to another pharmacy today & the script was ready BEFORE I even got there. It took me literally a minute or less to get there because my Dr is in the same building as the pharmacy so all I had to do was drive around to the front of the building. If anyone is wondering what pharmacy that is, it’s GENOA in austintown on Patriot Blvd. Even when they’re busy, my script is still done within 10 minutes after I leave my appt.
Avoid this pharmacy like it’s the plague. This entire Walgreens location just needs to be shut down & forgotten about!!!!

Worst Walgreen’s employees ever!
Bought a greeting card. Total $2.14. Gave cashier $10.15. She hands me a penny back. Receipt says I gave her $2.15. I handed her one bill. A $10! Doesn’t believe me. Calls Jen the most impersonal human I’ve ever met. Jen has to count ALL the money in the drawer! After she counts it all, she goes to the back of the store to “check the totals”. She calls cashier & tells her to give me $8.
Jen didn’t so much as apologize as I stood there wasting 20 minutes of my valuable time, while she counts her stupid drawer money.
I will never shop at ANY WALGREENS EVER AGAIN AFTER THAT EXPERIENCE!

If I could give them a less than one star review, I would! So, a month ago my obgyn sent my prescription for my pregnancy to them, they claimed they didn't get them. My son had asthma meds sent in the same month. No shock, same thing with his meds. SO, I went back to both my obgyn & my 6 year old asthmatic sons doctors, got the electronic scrips sent BACK to them. They actually had them! So today, my son has strep throat along with a ear infection of course both play into his asthma so she switched up his asthma plan as well... We blew some time get to the pharmacy they tell me come back at 2:30. I come back at 5:15 they tell me 6:30!! So I come all the way back at 7:20 hoping they would be good and ready... They say try again tomorrow after 11.. REALLY. why did Walgreens take on the responsiblity of rite aid if they clearly can't keep up.

I regret leaving a good review I wouldn't recommend anyone going there so we have people who shouldn't be answering calls if they don't know what they are talking about don't have time for the back and forth games if you don't know what your talking about don't answer calls had me thing I was getting my medicine said it was in stock which in fact it wasn't false information people at the call center don't need to be answering calls when they don't know what they are talking about I'm so 😡I spoke to two people they both said they had it in stock then I get a call from Walgreens there recordering saying it's a delay they out of stock it took everything in me not to go off I won't be dealing with them giving inaccurate information

Had a COVID vaccine appointment. Drove across town on my lunch only to find that the Pharmacist left the building for at least 30 minutes (10:55a) during my appointment time and that they couldn't give it to me because she had to review it. Very unprofessional to not check the online schedule before you leave. Seems customers don't matter here!
