This a a typical Walgeeens and has everything you might expect to find. I always find the prices in Walgreens to be high, it does not matter the city or state.
The cashier was friendly and polite.
Convient and easy to get to. Plenty of parking.

Lauren had great customer service! She helped me find the perfect non aerosol hairspray a couple days ago along with a couple other things! Good customer service here overall. Never had an issue

I usually bring in about 200 to 300 pictures at one time to get developed. Sophia at the photo department is amazing. Sometimes I have trouble with the Google photos and she spends her time helping me. She’s very pleasant, has a fabulous attitude and friendly.

The pharmacists are respectful but I had a bad experience when I recently tried going to the pharmacy for a meningitis vaccine. My mom scheduled me and everything. As soon as I show up on time, they said I never scheduled any appointment. Once they said they would schedule me in, I answered questions and I handed them the insurance card thinking that they had the vaccine, but it turns out I spent an hour and a half sitting and helping them with the insurance card just for them to tell me that they don’t have any meningitis vaccines. I’m just very disappointed that they waisted a lot of my time and them waiting last minute to say that they have no vaccines available.🤦🏻

This pharmacy is absolutely awful. I've never experienced anything like it. The guy that works there is great but outside of that it is awful. They are extremely rude all the time. I've called up there and they put me on hold and never come back. They don't fill prescriptions when they already confirmed they were filling it...I can go on...don't go here

Scheduled an appointment for an immunization… received confirmation email and text. Walk in and advise what I am there for. Staff at the counter seemed so confused as to what to do. I hand over the insurance card and am advised that I need to re- enter all the info online, even though the system is clearly showing completed.. 10 minutes later I am advised that they are out of the immunization. I receive an apology and am advised to return the next day to get this taken care of. I leave, schedule another appointment for the next day, receive confirmation of this second appointment and provide transportation for the customer to get there. Arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time, not one employee can find the scheduled appointment, even after reviewing the confirmation with address, store number and time. Wait over an hour and am then advised that insurance ( same card given day prior) does not cover the immunization . Went to Giant Eagle. Walked in with no appointment and entire process was completed in 17 minutes by competent, welcoming, and professional staff. I understand the stress the staff are currently facing at Walgreens. I do NOT understand incompetence and lack of professionalism and will be certain to not return.

Hate to leave this review because there are a few good people at this pharmacy. Adam is great and gives the right information and times to the best of his knowledge and explains any situation thoroughly. Besides Adam what anybody else there says do not believe what they tell you whether it be for your prescriptions the time for your prescriptions payments or anything. Any information they do give is wrong by far. They will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you out the door then when it's time to correct the situation they are a whole different person. They are rude no information is given they themselves don't know anything. Then the good employees like Adam have to take the heat for their mistakes. Don't get me wrong I understand there is a change going on but there's a way to conduct yourself and business and a way not to. Waited 4 hours for the fill no big deal huge swap and change going on it's to be expected. Got there and waited in line for an hour when I was told it would be done in 5 minutes. Then to be told it wasn't even a partial fill and had to go back tomorrow. Total of 5 hours for not even a partial fill. Went back the next day when I was told and was then treated as if I had no idea what was going on. The tech had everything wrong as dates prescription count all if it was wrong. Then just to be told I had to wait another 3 days and for them to send the remainder to another location same store different location was illegal and I WOULD WAIT for them to fill it and I should go somewhere else from now on. Then to be told by Adam that everything the tech just told me was incorrect and that he could send it somewhere else. Hope they can get everyone on the same page and get things running smoothly.

The people here are wonderful; both in the store & pharmacy. The pharmacists are very helpful & knowledgeable; they also give vaccines here.

Very accommodating to any needs u have whether pharmacy or store related. Have been treated wonderful by friendly employees & am so happy to say that I will continue to b a loyal returning customer! Always have great sales & reasonable prices!

Must have a high turnover rate because you always see different employees to start out with. Don't go to this place for shipping if you have any questions that require much thought into them you will get 0 help, just like they are!
