For years, I have been a repeated customer. However, I will never spend another dime at CVS! I will begin shopping at Rite Aid and/or Walgreens. While shopping at CVS, I asked staff if I could use the restroom and was told no. I have used CVS’s restroom in the past and do not understand what made this time different.The female staff was nonchalant and apathetic. When I asked to speak with the manager, the female staff claimed that no manager was on staff. So, am to understand that CVS has no manager to address concerns? If so, what kind of business are you running? I will never ever patronize your business again.

I do not usually leave reviews but this just needs to be said and seen.This has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. The people who work there are so rude. I mean soo rude. They have no compassion there. I'd understand if it was before the fill date. This is days after that,they do not have my daughters medications filled. Not only do I call ahead of time IF I CAN EVEN GET THROUGH! WAITING ON HOLD FOR LITERALLY 45MINS. There is dates that are on the bottles that say when they should be refilled. This is the 50th time my daughter has gone without a medication because they do not pay attention to what medication it is. They filled the wrong medication that was not even due yet. Then when I call and be so patient with them even when I shouldn't be . They are so rude and disrespectful to me and they just do not even care. She's been without this medication for 5 days now and she is so sick. Im so tired of it. I will be switching pharmacies and if anyone thinks they should go there. DO NOT.

My Mom picked up a 4 pack of Ensure from the 50% off rack. The cashier said that it was placed in the wrong spot by another customer and that it was not 50% off but the big boxes of Ensure were 50%. I posted the photo of the shelf where the 50% off sign was. If the 50% off sign is all the way at the top and the only items on sale are the items at the bottom of the shelf, wouldn’t you want to make it clear for customers which items are 50% off and which ones aren’t? ?? (That’s just common sense right? Or wrong? ?) I asked the cashier why they wouldn’t differentiate between which items were on sale and which ones weren’t and she didn’t have a response. I guess it’s not a priority to keep the store in order.Sometimes the customer service is good at this location and sometimes it is not. We’re just gonna shop at the Beachwood CVS on Chagrin instead from now on.

The young lady that works in Warrensville pharmacy she’s like scared. She’s very disrespectful. I have been coming there for years. She’s been very disrespectful to me to me through the years. I just decided to pick up and say something I don’t think this young lady needs to be working there anymore. I wish other people would be very helpful than her. She’s very disrespectful. I would like for HR to know about this young lady and all the other people about this disrespectful

If I could give this location a lower mark I would. Terrible service especially when calling the store. Had me on hold and when someone finally answered she was rude in hanging up without transferring me back to the pharmacy. I get my medicine from CVS but not this location because of the attitudes. I drive to another store and live very close to this store. I don't think they have a manager in charge. Upper management need to clean this location up and get a better crew in there to service the few pharmacy customers they somehow manage to keep. I've called customer service and still no answer to my concerns about this location. I am positive this store is losing business because of the attitudes that don't understand customer service.

I too should've written a review months ago. I'm 73 yrs. old, don't have a car, and only use this pharmacy because it's easier to get a ride or an Uber/Lyft to this location. I've run out of medications because they never answer their phones for me to ask why they haven't refilled my prescription when I've got refills available. One time, I even charged my cellphone to the max, got a ride to their store, there were 4 people in the pharmacy, the automated system kept saying there was 1 call on hold, no one was answering the phone (I was still on hold), and I was the only person behind one other person in line. When I asked why no one was answering the phones I was told, "oh, they were very busy". I explained that I was the caller on hold, and that I had gotten a ride simply because I couldn't get an answer on the telephone simply to find out why my prescription hadn't been refilled when I clearly had refills available! The reply I got was simply "oh, yes, you do, I'll get that ready for you in just a few minutes." That's something that could've been told to me over the phone (if they had answered) without me having to make an unnecessary request for a ride to their store! I have to find another nearby pharmacy for sure! I can't continue to deal with them PERIOD! ?

I SHOULD HAVE WRITTEN THIS REVIEW MONTHS AGO... This is absolutely the worst pharmacy customer service that I have ever dealt with, NEVER A SMILE, everyone seems to have an attitude like I am disrupting them. I once stood at the counter for three minutes before someone asked to help me and there were FIVE of them back there and the whole time the phone kept saying " one pharmacy call" no one was answering it. On top of everything else, if I call in the prescription or my doctor's office, it is NEVER ready when they say it will be. When I told the girl about my dissatisfaction and said that I never had these issues with Walgreens, her only response was that CVS has more customers than Walgreens. I only switched to this store because I moved and it is much closer but after a year of bad service over and over again, I will drive the extra miles back to Walgreens.

Been going here for years and I’m fed up. They take forever to fill any prescription so if it’s essential to your life you’ll most certainly die waiting for it. Employees have been worst attitudes to. I’m switching.

I called the pharmacy for to see if my prescription was in stock and the person who answered said “um i don’t think we do” instead of checking in the computer. Never again this pharmacy.

The pharmacy never answers the phone. Everytime I stop by there they never have it ready. Poor service. No stars.
