Ordered shoes online from Vince camuto and the cashier never processed my order! I called Vince and they said I never brought them into the store. I am extremely upset and can imagine what they did with the shoes I brought in!

First time at this location. Lots of choices for men, women, and kids. I have ordered online so I knew what DSW is, but the staff was awesome. Anthony, in particular was very professional and helpful on my visit. Customer service was over the top. Very appreciated. Highly recommend and I will definitely return.

Me like ? DSW my daughter and I found some work boots ? we love DSW prices. We was given 20% off the total bill. Thanks ? DSW for grace and mercy because of Jehovah. We didn't have a coupon.

Great selection of shoes but customer service is non existent. I asked for another size and the employee continued to talking to another employee about a shoe she liked. She then preceded to say I could just look it up myself online and order it. I can’t believe the caliber of people that get hired into customer service positions today!
