About Family Dollar
Family Dollar has a convenient location and offers a good selection of items, making it a popular choice for shoppers. However, reviews indicate that the store often struggles with staffing, leading to cluttered aisles and difficulties in finding products. Customer service experiences vary; while some cashiers are friendly and helpful, others may engage in unprofessional behavior. There have been complaints about the absence of change, which resulted in frustrating situations for customers. Additionally, the store has faced issues with cleanliness, though some customers noted that certain locations were tidier. Customers have also expressed disappointment over a lack of flexibility regarding returns. Overall, Family Dollar provides affordable shopping, but the shopping experience can vary significantly depending on the store and staff.
