Great experience working with Cali yesterday at store #2839 (Harvard Park) to resolve a serious issue from another store. She was terrific, customer-focused, apologetic (even though the problem had nothing to do with her store) sincere, and funny. She's the reason my husband and I will keep shopping at this chain.

Decent for selection for some. Unless you wear a size 7. Good prices. fishing for your shoe gets a little tiring. It can get to looking like the mess on the floor after Christmas gifts are opened. Ignored by staff

Interesting business model: Manager has foot-measuring devices, but has no idea how to use them. If your size is on the shelf, you can buy a pair. If not, too bad.A suitable store for people who don't think they should pay for knowledge and service.

Please don’t shop here; this store is managed by a deranged woman named crystal im physically shaking as I write this as I tried on various pairs of shoes and after every time I got up to look in the mirror she would sniff the seat I sat on!! very bizarre behavior. I decided to leave without purchasing anything and she said to her coworker “the black ones leave the best scent” I then hopped in my Prius vowing to never come back.

The Manager Crystal Huffman was smoking a cigarette inside of the store while there was kids inside very disappointed, either way I don’t know what made her think it was okay to do that. Fire the ho.

The store manager Crystal is VERY RACIST and rude never coming back SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY before she makes others uncomfortable. I’m still very shocked about this experience
