Workers are all standing around and they locked the doors. They completely ignored me while I tried to open the door. There was a bout 5 of them standing around. Called corporate.

I stopped at this location with 25 miles left in my tank. I used the last of the money that was on my card (annoyingly enough, I'd left any other form of payment at home) in hopes it would be enough to get me home. The pump took my money but did not dispense any gas. When I asked the staff about it, they did nothing to help me out. The manager even had some nerve to ask ME why the gas wouldn't dispense. I'm pretty sure that was the same question I was asking her. I'd say clueless if I liked to name-call. Hopefully you all have had better experiences.

45 mins for a cold cut salami sub they can keep it they want to take it so long and then be rude terrible I spent almost $16 on a 20 oz mountain dew service was rude and slow and I feel they stole my money because I didn't get what I paid for never got my sandwich All I got is nothing but rudeness there wasn't even anybody doing anything but standing around talking to hell with the orders terrible service terrible terrible people that work there behind the food counter Giant eagle needs to do better at their hiring find people that actually want to work instead of gossip about other people at work 45 minutes for a cold cut non-toasted sandwich and I still didn't get it terrible

The staff is always good. They always have gas and coffee. The only issue is the kitchen hours are not consistently 24 hours. Sometimes they are unavailable at 5am and sometimes 12noon. Best thing to do is call them and ask if the kitchen is open no matter what day or time. Most likely unavailable 12midnite to 7am every day although they indicate 24hours.I visit this store at least five times a week and this hasbeen my experience

While I cannot speak to the quality/service of the store, the WetGo is by far one of the better self-service car washes in the area. The options are varied with prices that are reasonable. Although the vacuums are a bit lacking in suction power, the availability of free use towels is great! It’s definitely worth stopping here when you need a quick wash.

Ordered food from the Cafe for delivery. Two of the four items were not what we ordered and all of it was inedible. Everything was either over cooked into oblivion or undercooked and half hazardly slapped together. No response when we called.
