very nice people and very quick, be extra careful backing in to the dock as the docks are inside a building and very squished. parking is across the street, call the number on the fence and you should be all good to go.

These people are awesome. Ignore the negative reviews. Don’t bother calling the number from the staging area. Just walk to the receiving office. Receiving office opens at 04:15 am to 1:00 pm. The broker said that I got 04:00 am appointment,,,, that was a lie.
I got empty in less than 30 minutes. The staging area was almost empty. There’s no gate to it. 24/7 in & out. Just keep your noisy engines turned off because there’s residential houses behind the fences and they may call the cops on you.

Don’t get caught up in the bad reviews. These guys are good. I was supposed to deliver on 9/5 however a delay at the shipper made me reschedule the delivery for 9/6 at 4am. Even with that reschedule they still got me in and out in just over an hour.
Park in the staging lot just past their building on the left. Call the number and extension that is on the sign on the fence. If they don’t answer leave a voicemail. They will call back. Dock is tight if you need to back in between 2 other trucks, but there are guys in there with big hood trucks, so your Freightliner or Volvo should be able to do it.

This place is not as "tight" as people complain got here 3 hours before my appointment which was 7am and got a door in less than 20 min when you call use the extension on the sign only issue was 3 pallets 4 hour wait for "count/paperwork"

5-17-24, Friday, 7:40am…I showed up at 7:25am for my 8am appt. More than likely, you will turn on S Miles Road from Warrensville Center Road. You will drive past the entrance and see a truck staging lot on the left a little less than 1/4 mile from the entrance. Call phone number listed on sign in the lot to check in.
Apparently, there was a mix up about my appt time, through no fault of Heinens. The clerk had me walk in and see him and looked at my BOL. He luckily made it work, but said my company needs to have an appt time beforehand or Heinens could refuse the load. He was cool about it and I was grateful he worked me in.
Luckily, the docks weren’t too busy when I pulled in at 7:45am. When docking, get as close to other trucks as you can setting up and in setting up, if you have dock space not being used, pull in further to the left. You will need as much swing room as possible when backing. That wall in front of you is intimidating. If you have someone docked on your left next to you, you will need to create as much space as you can to get around them and avoid the wall.
They unload pretty fast, and you get a green light. But until you get a text that they are officially done, you can’t move. This is the long part…They break down your pallets and count the pieces. Once that’s done, they give you a lumper cost. Once they receive the lumper payment, you get a call to walk in and get your paperwork.
For me, 15 pallets, almost 2000 pieces, from dock bump to paperwork in hand was 3h15min. With no appt, I counted my blessings I was unloaded and moved on.
In leaving, they show a one way sign to go out to the left. However, if you have a truck docked immediately beside you on the left, it will be hard to get out. Many trucks I saw, including the Heinen trucks, ignored the one way sign and went out the way they came in. Just be careful.

Difficult to find, indoor docks suck, the phone # didn't work but I parked and walked up. Got in early, went to the Broadview Heights, OH OASIS, after. Pilot is way small.

You're only gonna get one star if you give poor instructions to someone that's never been to your facility. Let alone the deceptiveness is that you tell me that you charge a lumper fee you were gonna have to count my product anyway I said it isn't that much more is it. Apparently, they claimed that the product fell over well long story short they weren't charging a lumper and they charge $134 that came out of my pocket you guys give the most poorest instructions. No it's not just the back gate. You don't go to a gate you back into a parking lot and there's a sign that you're supposed to call, I lost 44 minutes this morning leaving messages on two different phone numbers, signs and extensions. This is what the problem is. It's not my job today and your deceptive should've never happened. You are the epitome of big city receiving places. Good luck you're not getting a good review for me 137 or $34 is coming out of my pocket bulls........
Not to mention you took forever

Receiving hours 4:15 to 13;00 apointment needed, You can park here overnight only with dry van and your engine turned off, the neighborhood call to police by noise off reefers or engines

Just check comments below with information, map, tips, etc, and everything will be easy. No overnight parking, go to the standing area and call the office for the door. Not easy for beginners but it's a good test;).Capstone guys were respectful and polite. In and out within 1 hour. Good luck .Привет. Просто проверьте ниже комментарии с информацией ,картой, советами и т. д., и все будет легко. Никакой ночной парковки, едьте на standing area и позвоните в офис, чтобы зачекиниться и они дадут док.Как выйдете с standing area направо ,едьте медленно и слева будет въезд в гараж "entrance".Заранее подвиньте колеса тандем максимально вперед. Гараж узкий.Нелегко для новичков, но это хороший тест;). Ребята из Capstone были уважительны и вежливы. Вход и выход в течение 1 часа.Удачи.

Overnight parking available at "No Overnight Parking" lot across the street. Appt time 7am, called from parking lot at 6:45am, got the dock. Drive into the very tight garage and was unloded and out by 730.
