I went in feeling a little stressed with my phone situation and Raj made me feel better right away ? Raj was very professional and knowledgeable and helpful and I surly needed that compared to the last location last week. Thank you Raj I really appreciate you ❤️ I am a happy camper now ?

Raj is so knowledgeable and kind. It was such a pleasure working with her when choosing an android phone for my husband and an iPhone for me. She answered all of my questions and transferred information from our old phones to our new phones quickly and effortlessly! I think Raj is the greatest!

Raj was absolutely amazing! My husband and I came in close to closing time, and rather than try to rush us out so she could leave, she was extremely helpful. We switched his number from another carrier, added his line to mine, added a tablet, and got a great deal on our cases and a Bluetooth speaker. When we left, it felt like we had spent time with a friend. I can't remember the last time I had a customer service experience that was as personal as the one we received ?

My LG phone went down unexpectedly arrived to the metro location on emery where a very helpful,nice, courteous lady name Raj assisted me in receiving an affordable phone a case and screen protector I left with a huge smile!I would recommend everybody shop at this location to experience what I did THANK YOU RAJ!

I bought a cellphone case. The lady gave me the wrong one but I didn't notice right away as my service was overlapping so I didn't use the new phone for about a week. I took it in only to exchange it and I had the receipt. The lady wouldn't exchange because it had been opened. Of course I opened it how else could I have known that it didn't fit ?
