Employees clearly don’t want to be there. Was the only person in the store s d was completely ignored. Then I ordered a kool ada no banana and they put bananas in it anyway.Im allergic and luckily I had benedril in the car with me.

Was super excited to try this place but the service was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. We placed an order for ONE bowl on the self serve machine. And waited. After 20 mins went by we asked if they made it and they said they were topping it and one employee said”we are busy”.. 2 customers came in and received their order before we did. So After 30 mins we asked for a refund. And the shift leader said she would need to call the manager. She was polite but not understanding enough after we waited and the other girl was absolutely rude she had shorter hair and was laughing at us. I’m not sure what her issue was because we were very kind and understanding but we did not have time to wait We were with our new born baby..there was a guy Bernard he was working his part and very kind and apologetic. But to the girl that was absolutely rude I hope that you find a job that’s more suitable to your life because customer service is not it. Attitude was nasty and I would not want her representing my business. I hope the manager sees this and addresses this issue

DO NOT ORDER A BOWL!Everybody should not be working in customer service. The leader of the chef was good, and the guy Bernard, but the other worker was terrible. She had a horrible attitude got upset because we asked if they started our home after being there for about 25 minutes. Despite being there for a long time we didn’t complain until about the last five minutes of being there. We had 2 customers served before us, that ordered after us. We still try to remain calm for close. We understood that it was kind of busy but not a 25 min wait.. Then when we asked for a refund and the lead said that they would have to call general manager. As the other employee laughs. So I don’t like giving bad reviews on businesses. I just hope the general manager sees this as a talk with his employees about dealing with customer service during the crunch time.Again, I do not like giving bad reviews, but is it like this is the only way.

Workers are not that bright. Orders take so long you’d be surprised they don’t go pick the fruit their self. Unprofessional they might as well close down because it’s only one within 15miles and i love it when they actually work but that only be 2 days out of the 30 day month. Pick another spot for fruit and smoothies if you have a life and want good service

Had the Big Wednesday on early Saturday. Pretty tasty. Staff was pleasant. Only thing was none of the employees knew where the name Big Wednesday came from????

First time trying out this smoothie place after hitting the gym. It was clean establishment and not many customers when I went. My smoothie was made pretty fast with little to no wait time. I tried the P-Nut Power Plus and added strawberries in my shake which I always do in my shake. I must say my shake was good but I didn't like the consistency of the frozen yogurt which I thought made my smoothie very clumpy. However it was not awful but I don't think I would be adding yogurt in my smoothies moving forward. I will be back !

So I would rate higher because the smoothies are really good granted I get the same each time and it taste different (but still good) but the customer service is horrible. This the third time I been here and every time the staff move slow as molasses. They must forget aome people have to get to work there is no urgency.

Went there today and someone greeted me coming in the door, and then they left me standing at the counter for a couple of minutes and the manager came out and asked me if anyone had helped me, NO they all had their backs turned chatting among themselves instead of simply saying we'll be right with you. Customer service is important to me, and it annoys me when you can't get simple kind customer service. Thanks to the manager for his paying attention.

Well.... I understand that it's a Saturday however, the manager was kinda overly expressing her feelings towards the staff in front of everyone. It took over 30-40 minutes to get my bowl .
