Assistant on the phone has horrible phone etiquette and customer service skills. Anytime I've called she's never been nice -- including when my car was vandalized. Not helpful at all.

Just Switch to State Farm !!! I just went from paying $267 at Allstate to $137 for the same coverage on two vehicles at State Farm. I was a five+ year customer with Allstate and I’ll never be going back. I’ll point out I have nothing on my driving record and Allstate’s excuse for raising my insurance was ridiculous. Thank you guys so much.
