I rented a trailer and had an appointment scheduled meaning I would be bringing the trailer back “after hours”. They were super helpful hooking yo the trailer and explained the lock. For whatever reason the trailer wouldn’t release from my hitch and being an infrequent user of trailers I had no idea what was wrong. Despite it being after hours the owner (Josh I think) came out and helped me unhook the trailer. He was friendly and polite. Absolutely will return for anything else I need in the future.”
