Very rude service when we called to check on my vehicle. Never got a return call. Had to go there personally to check on it and almost got high from the marijuana smell.

Uncaring and unfriendly. Say they couldn't help me because it wasn't what they do. I had to drive dangerously down the road to tire choice where they helped me free of charge. Imagine having compassion the day before Christmas Eve.

My husband and I are from Georgia, we were heading towards Cleveland Ohio when out truck broke down. The towing company recommended bells and we are so thankful! Brandon and Savannah were amazing to us. He jumped right on to working on out truck and was so straight forward and very reasonable with the price of our fuel pump! These were just amazing people and Brandon is an amazing mechanic.

spent over 2500 not even 3 months ago .Made a appt for starter for 2008 impala Secretary said was 3 weeks out and would call next day next day to make a appt ...Guess what she didn't call .

We were very pleased. They straight glass piped our truck and also looked into an exhaust rattle. Thomas spent tons of time ensuring everything was welded on tight. The office lady, Savanna was very friendly and helpful, too. So thankful to have a good quality shop here local. Thank you! They have earned our buisness going forward.
