This is the most inclusive salon. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I have a child on the spectrum so haircuts can be really hard and he was having a hard time but we pushed through and got it done. I wish I could recall our stylist’s name but I forgot to ask unfortunately, but she was very patient and amazing with my child.

Brought in my 6 Year Old Nephew for a haircut. He has had traumatizing experiences in the past, which resulted in a deep rooted fear of clippers, and people touching his hair. For the first time in a long while, he was ready to try again(he saw a super cool hairstyle with designs buzzed on the side). We went to Great Clips, and that’s where he met Stacey. Stacey was SO patient, and understanding of his nerves and fears. She allowed him to clutch his favorite stuffed animal while she worked, and explained each step to him so that he was aware of what was happening. He eventually started watching her in amazement in the mirror. She kept him totally engaged asking him questions, and talking to him, so that he never really got the chance to be afraid. Now I understand this all sounds dramatic-kids are wiggly and nervous- but if you only witnessed his terror in the past, you would understand how night and day this experience was, and how much it meant not only to him, but us as well. I’m so grateful for Stacey’s dedication and talent in making this experience as amazing as it was. And for Ashli for helping give him those super cool designs he wanted. He’s so very happy, and will be returning.
P.S.- thank you Stacey for letting us hover, and if you can email me, I would love to send you a better tip than our dad left (I should have known-men never know how to tip). Otherwise, we’ll be sure to see you again next time and give it to you then. I’m SO sorry. And thank you for everything. His smile says it all.

I'm so disappointed. She was so rushed for her Mexican food, she didn't cut my hair straight. She was so busy watching a coworker shave a design, I'm sure, she doesn't even remember me.

I wasn't happy with the way the stylist cut my hair. She cut off too much. After I kept saying I don't want it too short, I want to keep the length. I wanted texture, not the cut I had before and I said that to her twice.

When you ask for one person to cut your hair because you know how you’ll get it , there should be no problem with that .. Spent 25 bucks to get out of there

Fast friendly service, my go to for my haircut!............Updated review: I went to get my 8yo son's haircut on July 3rd. We arrived at 6:08pm. I know they close at 7, but there were 2 stylists finishing haircuts and nooo others waiting. As soon as we entered they asked if we checked in online as usual, I told them that we didn't. They proceeded to say that they were not taking any walk-ins, I said ok and we walked out. I sat in my vehicle and did the online check-in just to see the wait time, it was 20 min with 2 people waiting, I then walked back inside to ask that if we were checked in online would we be seen, the stylist said in a snarky tone that it would let us check-in but they would not cut my sons hair. So lets do a little math here arrived 6:08, had a less than 2 min interaction, checked in online with a 20 min wait 8+2+20=30 so that would make it 6:30 when they would have been able to cut my son's hair, that is still 30 min before close and it would take less than 15 min to cut his hair. I don't get why you would have bussiness operation hours if you are not going to do bussiness with in those hours and practically close an hour before the hours posted. I find it rediculous and an absolute waste of time!
After that I think I'm going to find somewhere else to get my haircut. The haircut isn't that great and the price is always different and never the same for a haircut that never changes. I've had it vary from $16.00-$22.00 but never said anything about it, because I don't like to complain. By the looks of it I'm not the only one that's been denied service at that location, seems like a chronic issue that needs to be addressed!

They do a good job there. One lady skipped over me to get a walk-in that came in after me. She probably knows the person or had some other ideas. I don't know and it's fine. No biggie. I gave the next lady a big tip! I'm VERY glad she cut my hair! She was kind, talkative, and did an EXCELLENT job! I wish I had gotten her name to help her get more customers!

I told the lady i just wanted 1 inch off and medium layers (i normally get long layers) after she put the layers in, she kept cutting and cutting and before i knew it 3 inches gone from the length and my layers are up to my cheek bones. I had to purchase products to calm my hair so it didnt look like a lions mane... i will never go back
