Oh, I had a terrific experience at SVG Toyota in Washington Courthouse. They had the exact car I was looking for, and the service was perfect. The purchase was easy, and I feel really confident in my new Toyota Grand Highlander. I would definitely recommend a visit to this Toyota dealership. Wow, what an amazing experience! I had the great fortune of getting hold of Austin Flerchinger, who listened to what I was looking for, went out of his way to find what I wanted, and made the entire process painless, and dare I say even enjoyable. Austin is a true professional, and while a great car salesman, he is far from the stereotypical car salesman. Austin listens. Austin takes action on your behalf. Austin is completely honest and up-front about everything. Austin genuinely cares about people. You are definitely a customer, but the nature of the customer relationship is one of collaboration, not of someone trying to stick you with anything. Call SVG. ASK FOR AUSTIN. The entire staff at SVG was a pleasure to deal with, and they even had me picked up at the Columbus airport and driven to their location (I was purchasing from out of state.) SVG is a model of what all car dealerships should be striving to be. Even as an out-of-stater, if I'm in the market for another vehicle, SVG will be the first place that I call.

They had everything ready for me and made it a quick and easy process. Austin took care of what I was asking for! It is a nice dealership! He didn’t push anything on to me or even in signing the paperwork they didn’t try to push anything into the deal .

Thanks to Austin I have an amazing Grand Highlander! He provided the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. His communication was incredible throughout the build phase and the education he provided me of all the amenities upon its arrival did not go unnoticed. He really went above and beyond.

I am not local to SVG Toyota, but Austin was the person I chose to work with. He made me feel like finding my (hard to find) vehicle was his only priority, even though I know he was working just as hard for others at the same time! Austin was super communicative, looked out for my best interests, and tracked down exactly what I was looking for. He had my new car ready for me while other dealers were still trying to get me to join their 6 month+ waitlists (for the opportunity to purchase with a large markup — no markup at SVG)!SVG was fantastic to work with and we would be happy to use the team there again in the future :)

I’m so impressed with the service department at SVG Toyota in Washington Court House. My dad and I have been bringing our Toyotas here for years to get serviced, and Bret and his team always go above and beyond for us. They are honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I can’t recommend them enough!

All of the vehicles I’ve owned have been serviced here. Even my Jeep and Ram truck! Great customer service… willing to go above and beyond! Will be taking the truck to get ceramic coated before winter! They do it all!

Austin was a great salesman. Sid was great finance man. Can't remember sales manager name but he was great. But best of all we drove 3 hours to get the car of our dreams. The dealership closed at 7 we arrived at 6:58 we had told them we might be late they said we are going to stay. We had sent all information needed to start paperwork we walked in got the deal closed. Austin set up our android phones in the car was a very good experience would go back to buy another Toyota from them.

Bought a new Camry with/for my daughter and it was a fabulous experience! Cameron was very professional and knowledgeable, and the team at SVG goes above and beyond with their services. My daughter loves her car and is very happy knowing she can drive it to work and not worry about her safety (or her little one’s either) as it is such a reliable vehicle and SVG backs up their cars with great service. We buy all our vehicles from SVG!
