There is a reason this hotel is highly rated! Madison who works nights was super friendly and sweet to us. The lady working breakfast was so helpful and nice also! Caitlin M did an amazing job with this room, it is spotless, beds smell good and are comfy. We stayed in room 302. The pool is warm! For a Saturday night it was very peaceful and quiet during the night. I also love that its tucked back some. We will definitely be back. I honestly prefer this hotel chain than Drurys, Marriott, etc. Super impressed and affordable.

Came in to get my kids off the road for the day, my wife asked was it any rooms available and the lady lied directly to her face and told her no they was sold out today and tomorrow. So the whole time she was in there I was making a reservation and the reservation was successfully filled. We was stereotyped by this hotel cause we was the only black people. Long story short they wasn’t fully booked and still had rooms available and when I brought it to they attention then it’s oh the room isn’t ready yet smh I will never ever come back here again if this is the type of service they give people all because the color of someone skin

Stay here for work on a regular basis. Rooms are good and staff is always friendly and helpful. I stay at a lot of Holiday Inn locations, and I would have to say this one is the best. It's an odd thing to notice, but they use cheddar cheese in the breakfast omelet, not cheese slices like all the other Holiday Inn locations do - it's the little things that make all the difference!

I stayed here over 2 weeks ago, kept forgetting to write a review and then finally remembered to do so. The man at the front desk was kind enough to inform me of the military rates they have. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Hands down best hotel experience we've had.

Checked in late with our two Golden ret. Pleasantly greeted by dogloving Staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This is our families. Hotel of choice when traveling through this area..

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night in August. Air conditioner did not work. 30 pound wood valance fell on me and I had bruises and cuts. Reported incident. Shandie the manager said she would make sure medical bills would be paid. So far nothing…. She refuses to take my phone calls, blames the contractor who put the wood valances up, and of course they don’t return phone calls. Very disappointed that a manager of a hotel doesn’t care or take responsibility of what happens to customers in her hotel. Also, another valance fell the previous week but no one hurt. Would never stay in this hotel again and cannot believe Shandie is a manager who doesn’t care what happens to people who stay at her hotel. Wish now I would have called 911 if I had known she was going to lie to me.

This is a very nice, recently renovated hotel! Our room was clean, and the A/C was super quiet. The staff are very friendly and professional. The free breakfast was beyond our expectations. Clean and roomy place to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick one night stay. Hotel is freshly renovated on the inside with exterior work finishing up. Nice staff, nice room, nice price and a nice breakfast make this place a must stay in the area.
