“This location gets 5 stars because of the cool dude that was working in here that helped me, but att would get the 1 star still from me. My phone broke, and I decided I had enough if spotty coverage, not being able to access voicemail properly, messages just not being sent, and so I switched to another prepaid company. The customer support and Ai just kept trying to message my now destroyed phone instead of giving me the info I need to transfer my number. But homie was cool. I didn't get his name, but dude was juggling 4 peoples problems at once and did what the call centers couldn't, and got my info for me, and updated the rest of it. Bud needs a raise att, he is the only reason I could use the phone number I paid you people for...”
