“I've been struggling with a new illness and struggling to get the medication I need to control it because it’s so expensive. When I came to pick up my scripts and discovered yet another one won’t work because I can’t afford it, not gonna lie, I started to cry. Joseph was helping me and he was so incredibly kind and compassionate to me. I was very embarrassed to be so upset but he was just so kind about it. He then spent a good 15 minutes trying every pharmacist trick he knew to get me a discount. The medication thing is not sorted out yet, but it sure is nice when you’re just having a terrible time to have someone else just reach out and be kind and try to help. What an outstanding guy he is. “Digital coupons are the key to success at CVS. Not much time or effort needed to save money here. It's the only way I can afford to get anything from CVS. Store personal are friendly and helpful. I'm not familiar with the pharmacy area.”
