“While mailing my Christmas cards, I mixed up cards that I would hand deliver with the stamped cards. With nothing but the 1st name of the addressee and my "Love Auntie" at the bottom, the staff tracked me down by posting messages on social media. A cousin saw the post and alerted me. How rare to find someone to go so far above and beyond. AND ALL THE CASH WAS INSIDE UNDISTURBED. Honest people who do their best. That's what I found at this post office. Thank you!”

“I was working with Susie and the girl next to her ( maybe her name started with an “A?” She was brunette and at the other end of Susie.Anyways— Susie was so helpful and accommodating— she truly got my passport form out and into the world so quick! She is so an amazing— she was open to speak and keep up with my passport representative over the phone— while carefully following the exact instructions needed to perfectly send off my documents for review.I love you so much Susie— and your fellow co worker!
