Very friendly and Professional service. Kelly walked us through every aspect of opening some accounts and did it patiently with a smile!-) I highly recommend her and this U.S Bank location.

I went there to get my document notarized and was denied by one of the lady. I was surprised because It’s never happened before and I’ve been with US Bank for years, ended up getting it done at Fifth Third. I know there are good folks at US Bank but one of your people is just prejudiced and judgmental.

This is a great bank, unfortunately I'm sad to have to switch due to the fact that the U.S Bank supports Planned Parenthood. The Tellers at the bank are great, but I can't stand for that policy.
